1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the QBS Systems website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services
QBS Systems provides website design, backend automation, AI receptionist, booking, dashboard, and Google Business setup services for small businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a separate proposal or written agreement.
3. Communication consent (SMS)
By submitting a form or providing contact information, you consent to receive communications from QBS Systems by email and (if you check the SMS consent box and provide a phone number) by SMS text message. These communications include service confirmations, project updates, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and other transactional messages relating to your inquiry.

4. Automation disclosure
QBS Systems builds and operates automated systems, including AI-assisted chat, automated SMS and email follow-ups, and AI receptionist call handling. You acknowledge that some replies you receive may be generated or sent by automated systems on our behalf. A human reviews every lead and is responsible for material business decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to: (a) violate any law or regulation, (b) send spam or unsolicited messages through systems we build for you, (c) infringe intellectual property, or (d) attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.
6. Intellectual property
Content on this website (text, design, logos) is owned by QBS Systems unless otherwise noted. Deliverables created for clients are governed by the project agreement signed at the start of the engagement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QBS Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid QBS Systems in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
8. No warranty
The website and any free previews are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Paid services are governed by the warranties (if any) defined in the project agreement.
9. Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Age requirement
Users must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use QBS Systems services and opt into SMS communications.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
