Starting prices are estimates. Final scope and pricing follow a walkthrough and are provided before payment is owed.
Payments
Deposits, milestones, care fees, and any financing terms are stated in the signed agreement.
Messaging

Ownership
Financed builds become the customer’s property at payoff, subject to the signed agreement and any third-party licenses.
